1. 听写
听写指的是将一篇听力录音中的原文全部听抄下来。对于准备托福考试的考生而言,超卓的听写材料就是托福听力的各种段子素材。听写能最有效的检验和提高一个人的辨音能力,听写之后对照正确文本,反复再听,直到可以全部听清楚为止,这是听力辨音能力提高最有效的方法之一。
2. 精听
